摘要
为解决传统三维仿真模型支撑城乡规划建设管理时存在的真实感不强、模型高度不准确等问题,提高三维地理信息服务的质量水平,研究引入倾斜摄影等新型技术手段,快速构建三维实景模型,搭建实景三维地理信息服务平台,并在重庆市城乡规划管理中进行应用实践。探索了全新的三维地理信息服务模式,能为类似三维平台建设与应用提供借鉴。
In order to solve the problems of traditional 3D simulation model in supporting urban and rural planning and construction management, such as the reality of models is not strong, the height of models is not accurate, and improve the quality level of 3D geographical information service, we studied the methods that getting the construction of real 3D model rapidly by oblique photography and other new technologies, and built a real 3D geographical information service platform. We formed a new 3D geographical information service model, which could provide a reference for the similar job.
