摘要
本文以兆瓦级双馈风力发电机为例,研究了定转子槽型结构对电机的影响,并综合考虑选取最佳槽型结构,另外针对降低电机齿谐波展开了研究,根据研究采用定子斜槽一个结构,此外本文还在电机零部件选材和减小滑环电流和变频器容量采取了一定的措施,最后对优化后的电机进行仿真和试验验证,验证结果表明优化后电机的电磁设计符合要求,且优化后的电机在散热方面具有一定的优越性。
Taking the megawatt doubly fed wind power generator for example,this paper studies the influence of type structure of stator and rotor on motor,and considers comprehensively to choose the best slot type structure.In addition,the paper is carried out to reduce motor tooth harmonic according to the research adopts a skewed stator slot of structure.Some measurements are taken for material selection of motor parts and reduction of the slip ring current and frequency converter capacity.Simulation and experimental verification of the optimized motor results show that the motor electromagnetic after optimization comply with the design requirements,and the optimized motor has certain advantages in the heat dissipation.
