摘要
为了研究大倾角工作面支架稳定性,结合某煤矿704工作面的地质条件,从静力学角度分析了大倾角工作面的支架的下滑、倾倒和扭斜失稳的机理,研究得出:支架的临界下滑支护阻力和临界倾倒支护阻力与煤层倾角呈正炫关系,临界扭斜支护阻力受煤层倾角和尾梁摆动角的共同作用,因此通过对某矿704工作面支架自身设计方面、采煤工艺、加强职工的技术水平和组织管理三方面采取的控制措施,保证了支架的稳定性,实现了该工作面的安全高效生产。
To research the support stability in the working face with the large angle,based on the geologicalconditions of the704working face in a coal mine,the slip,dump and skew mechanism of the support in the working facewith the large angle is analyzed from the perspective of the static mechanics,it is concluded that the critical slip supportresistance and the critical dumping support resistance of the support have a positive correlation with the coal seam angle,the critical skew support resistance is affected by the combined effect of the coal seam angle and the swing angle of thetail beam.Therefore,through taking the control measures of the support design,coal mining technology,technical level ofstaff and organization management,the stability of the support is ensured,and the safe and efficient production of theworking face is realized.
