全自动野战三氧低温灭菌器的研制

摘要 目的:研制一款全自动野战三氧低温灭菌器,以满足野战条件下医疗器械快速低温灭菌的需要。方法:采用微电脑程序自动控制,由灭菌舱、真空系统、三氧发生和注入系统、三氧分解系统和控制系统等部分构成灭菌器,三氧为灭菌剂。灭菌舱体采用316不锈钢制作,舱内安装有加热器、三氧浓度传感器、温度传感器及压力传感器;预真空系统采用体积小、重量轻及低噪音的无油真空泵;三氧发生系统由高压放电式高频三氧发生器、三氧存储罐、三氧浓度传感器、压力传感器、电磁阀和耐三氧腐蚀管路等构成。采用PLC可编程控制器,在微电脑控制下实现预真空、注入、灭菌、排气等程序完成低温灭菌,经微生物模拟现场灭菌实验评价灭菌效果。结果:经5次模拟现场灭菌实验结果表明,三氧低温灭菌器运行灭菌流程后,三氧低温灭菌器在标准程序下对灭菌包内不锈钢导管管腔内钢针上、聚四氟乙烯导管管腔内、止血钳钳头上以及电线外皮各50个载体上污染的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢和嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢均达到完全杀灭。结论:三氧低温灭菌器灭菌效果可靠,灭菌器整机结构紧凑,功耗小,可与消毒灭菌挂车配合使用,满足野战条件下的器械灭菌需要。 Objective:To develop an full-automatic low temperature ozone sterilizer of using in field so as tosatisfy the requirement of rapidly low temperature sterilization for instrument and apparatus under field condition.Methods:Ozone was adopted as sterilizing agent,and the low temperature sterilization was achieve throughforevacuum,injection,sterilization and exhaustion under the control of microcomputer.And then the sterilizationeffects were evaluated through simulated field experiment of sterilization for microorganism.Results:The resultsof5times simulated field experiment of sterilization for microorganism indicated that all of the contaminated blackvarietas endospore of Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus stearothermophilus endospore,which respectively existed in50carriers of draw point in stainless steel conduit,50carriers of the cavity of polytetrafluoroethylene conduit,50carriers of tip of haemostatic forceps and50carriers of scarfskin of electric wire in sterilization package,werecompletely exterminated under the standard procedure of ozone low temperature sterilizer after one sterilizationflow of the sterilizer.Conclusion:The ozone low temperature sterilizer has series of advantages,such as reliableeffect,compact construction and low power dissipation,and it can match with trailer of sterilizer for satisfying therequirement of sterilization under field condition.
