摘要
目的:设计一种适用于驼背患者CT检查的新型躺椅,方便驼背患者CT检查。方法:新型躺椅结构由躺板、腰板、脚板、圆形兜网、4组短调节式脚杆以及4组长调节式脚杆组成。将新型躺椅平稳放置于CT检查床上,驼背患者躺入躺椅,其背部的弓凸出部位嵌入躺板上的圆形通孔内,并通过圆形兜网实现承托,患者臀部部位由脚板顶面上的凹槽支撑。当患者完全躺下后,检查人员再通过旋动短调节管和(或)长调节管来调节最佳的躯体倾斜角度。结果:新型躺椅使特殊患者CT检查更加个性化,减少了CT检查失败率及CT图像伪影,提高了CT图像质量和影像诊断准确率,最终使驼背患者获得最佳的CT检查效果。结论:新型躺椅根据驼背患者身体特点设计,遵循人机工程学,具有结构新颖、操作简便、实用性强以及使用效果明显的特点,满足驼背患者进行CT检查的需要,可在临床上推广使用。
Objective:To design a new type of recliner for applying to CT examination ofpatients with humpback so as to facilitate the CT examination of patients with humpback.Methods:The structure of the new type of recliner consisted of lying plate,back plate,footplate,round pocket network,four groups of short adjuster foot bar and four groups of long adjuster foot bar.Afterthe new type of recliner was steadily taken on the CT examination bed,when patient with humpback lay down on therecliner,the projecting part of patient's back was placed in the rounded through-hole on the lying plate,and roundstring bag was used to bearing the projecting part,meanwhile,hip of patient was supported by the groove on the topof foot plate.And then,the optimal angle of inclination of body was adjusted through rotated the short adjuster barand(or)the long adjuster bar by medical staff.Results:The new type of recliner has provided a more individual CTexamination for patient with humpback,and it has reduced failure rate of CT examination of patient with humpbackand CT image artifact.Besides,it also enhanced quality of CT image and accuracy rate of image diagnosis.Finally,itcontributed to achieve better image effect of CT examination for patient with humpback.Conclusion:According tothe physical characteristic of patient with humpback,the new type of recliner has achieved individual design.Andit has series of advantages that its structure is novelty,and its operation is convenient,and its effect is obvious andit has better practicability.Therefore,it is convenient for the CT examination of patient with humpback and can bepopularized in clinical practice.
