摘要 目的:医疗改革中医联体的发展是目前重要工作,利用信息化系统建立一套标准体系血液透析中心管理系统,设计基于云的血液净化医联体的信息管理系统。方法:遵循医院血液透析中心的临床业务流程,将系统定位为云端化,以肾慢病管理为基础,充分利用云服务的概念,系统流程包括患者签到称重、电子透析单、医院排班管理、透析管理、费用管理、库存管理、设备管理、移动端和管理统计,结合临床业务完成从患者登记到最后血液透析质量控制的全过程信息化管理流程。结果:系统设计以降低运营成本、积累患者数据和挖掘其价值为导向,解决了硬件对接、软件对接和数据上报3个血透服务系统的核心问题。结论:云端服务器能够降低软件运营维护成本,保证数据的安全,保障血液净化医联体的信息管理系统系统安全运行。系统的设计与开发有效地提高了工作效率、医疗质量和血液透析管理水平。 Objective:To establish a standard system(hemodialysis center managementsystem)by using information system,and to design a cloud-based information managementsystem of medical consortium for blood purification based on that the development ofRegional Medical Consortium was the current important work of medical reform.Methods:The system was located at cloudization according to the clinical operation process ofcenter of hemodialysis.The management of chronic disease of renal was used as the basisand the concept of cloud service was fully utilized.And the system process included registration,weighing,sheetof electronic dialysis,scheduling management,dialysis management,cost management,inventory management,equipment management,mobile port,management and statistic.The informationization management process ofwhole process,from registration to quality control of hemodialysis at the last,was achieved by combining clinicaloperation.Results:To reduce operating cost,accumulate data of patients and explore self-value were used as theorientation of the system design,and three core problems in service system of hemodialysis,which included buttjoint of hardware,butt joint of software and data submitting,were resolved.Conclusion:The server of cloud portcan reduce the operation and maintenance cost of software,ensure the safety of data,guarantee the safe operationof information management system of medical consortium of hemopurification.The design and development of thesystem can effectively enhance work efficiency,quality of medical care and management level of hemodialysis.
