摘要
目的:探究治疗干预评分系统-28(TISS-28)在管理重症监护室(ICU)护理中的应用价值。方法:选取医院ICU收治的120例老年患者,将其按照收治时间分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组使用TISS-28管理ICU护理方法,对照组采用传统ICU护理方法,对比两组患者的护理人均工作时间、患者对护理工作的满意度和医护人员对护理人力管理的满意度。结果:观察组的护理人员人均工作时间少于对照组的护理人员人均工作时间,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=16.886,P<0.05);观察组患者对生活护理、健康教育、家属沟通和人文关怀方面的护理工作满意度高于对照组患者,两组比较差异有统计学意义(x^2=5.175,x^2=4.183,x^2=4.227,x^2=5.175;P<0.05),观察组患者对护理工作的总满意度高于对照组患者,两组比较差异有统计学意义(x^2=4.227,P<0.05);观察组的医生和护理人员对护理人力管理的满意度均高于对照组医生和护理人员,两组比较差异有统计学意义(x^2=4.571,P<0.05)。结论:采用TISS-28管理ICU护理有利于护理科学管理,提高护理工作效率和护理质量,提高患者对护理工作的满意度和医护人员对护理人员管理的满意度。
Objective:To explore the application value of therapeutic intervention scoring system-28(TISS-28)in the management for intensive care unit(ICU)nursing.Methods:120elderly patients who received cure in ICUwere divided into observation group(60cases)and control group(60cases)according to treatment time.Patients ofobservation group received the nursing method of TISS-28,and patients of control group received traditional nursingmethod.The average work time of nursing,the satisfactory degree of patients for nursing work and the satisfactorydegree of paramedics for the manpower management of nursing of the two groups were compared.Results:Theaverage work time of nursing of observation group was significantly less than that of control group(t=16.886,P<0.05).The satisfactory degrees for nursing work included life care,health education,communication with familymember and humanistic care of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group,respectively(x2=5.175,x2=4.183,x2=4.227,x2=5.175;P<0.05).The general satisfactory degree for nursing work of observationgroup was significantly higher than that of control group(x2=4.227,P<0.05).The satisfactory degrees of doctor andparamedic for the nursing manpower management of observation group were significantly higher than that of controlgroup(x2=4.571,P<0.05).Conclusion:It is benefit for scientific management of nursing that TISS-28is adoptedto manage the nursing of ICU,and it can enhance work efficiency of nursing and quality of nursing,and improve thesatisfactory degrees of patients for nursing work and paramedics for the personnel management.
