煤焦油含浸法改进低强度碳和焦炭强度的研究

摘要 针对近年来高品级粘结碳枯竭的现状,研究室致力于开发研究以低品级非黏结碳、微黏结碳为原料,以煤焦油物理混合法为核心,机械强度可以与高强度焦炭匹敌的焦炭(碳)复合体为目标,寻找在不同的变量影响下制备该复合体的最经济、合理的实验条件。并且,使用X射线衍射来解析其微观结构,BJH氢气吸附以及水银压入法来综合分析影响复合体机械强度的主要因素。从而为该研究目标提供更合理更科学的理论依据与方向。 In the view of the recent situation of high-grade bonded carbon depletion,this research laboratory is committedto the development of low-grade non-bonded carbon,micro-bonded carbon as raw material,coal tar physical mixingmethod as the core,coke/carbon composite with mechanical strength and high-strength coke as the goal,looking fordifferent variables under the influence of the preparation of the complex of the most economical and reasonableexperimental conditions.Furthermore,X-ray diffraction was used to analyze the microstructures,BJH hydrogen adsorptionand mercury intrusion method were used to analyze the main factors affecting the mechanical strength of the compositesso as to provide a more scientific and theoretical basis and direction for the research goal.
