摘要
针对DF4内燃机车静液压系统油缸缸体内孔加工时质量不稳定的技术问题,通过对缸体结构特点和使用要求进行工艺分析,设计出可靠、便捷、高效的可调式内孔滚压装置,通过现场实际使用,满足了产品的加工质量及组装性能要求,生产效率也得到了进一步的提高。
Aiming at the technical problems of unstable quality of cylinder bore in processing of DF4diesel locomotivehydrostatic system,through the analysis of structure characteristics and technology requirements of the cylinder,thispaper designs a reliable,convenient,effective and adjustable bore rolling device.Through practical use,it meets therequirements of processing quality and assembly performance of the product,and the production efficiency is furtherimproved.
