In the actual detection,there are some problemsin detection accuracy of thread gauge so targeted measuresare needed to improve.It is necessary to attach importance to details,correctly use gauges,do a good job of inspectionand investigation,improve the manufacturing accuracy of thread plug gauge calibration,perfect the materials and processmethods of modified method,so as to maximize the accuracy of the gauge.In this paper,the problems of the accuracyof thread gauge inspection are analyzed,and the specific measures to improve the accuracy of thread gauge arediscussed.
