摘要
本文依托医院全成本核算管理信息化平台,从人员、软件、成本、质控4个方面着手分析,将过程细化,找出适合我院管理特色的方法。人员方面要求专人将资质按照《医疗器械注册证》细化分类录入;软件方面依托管理软件寻找耗材需求量与临床使用量之间的最佳结合点;成本方面围绕科技移动手段建立无线化库房;质控方面引入痕迹管理理念,实现全程溯源。最终建立起以患者为中心、无纸化、信息化、网络化的运行模式,实现医用耗材管理的精准服务模式。
Objective Depending on the information platform of total cost accounting management,the management process waselaborated after analyzing the staff,software,cost and quality control.Then we found the suitable management ways of our hospital.First,in the personnel aspects,qualification was sorted and combed according to the of the Registration Licenses Medical Apparatusand Instruments.Secondly,for software,the best combined point of consumables requirement and clinical usage was found based onthe management soft.The third,a wireless warehouse was established with the technology way in cost aspect.Finally,in the qualitycontrol aspects,trace management concept was introduced to ensure the hole trace.With being patient-oriented,we established thepaperless,informational and networked management mode,which achieved accurate services of the consumables management.
