摘要
《一个陌生女人的来信》中陌生女人的悲剧成因向来众说纷纭,从一种社会学角度,即"拟剧理论"出发,运用其中的角色扮演和印象管理,对作品中的角色塑造和场景构建进行重新审视,可以认为,陌生女人的悲剧源于她所追求的理想角色与其所扮演的现实角色,以及与作家所追寻的理想角色之间存在着根本冲突,而两人对各自角色进行的印象管理使得陌生女人的悲剧命运一步步成为现实。
This article applies“Dramatury”,a new perspective from sociology,to review the characters and plots of the novelLetter from an Unknown Woman,using the theory of persona and impression management to analyze the reason which causes the tragic life of the unknown woman.The tragedy of the unknown woman stems from the conflict between her pursuit of the ideal persona and the role she plays in reality with the persona that the writer pursues.It is their conflicting impression management that causes the tragic fate of the unknown woman.
