摘要
高职积极心理健康教育目的是让高职生能积极面对生活和学习。通过对高职生被试进行为期一个学期的实验,探讨了积极教育和传统心理教育下,高职生情感、归因和人际关系的差异。结论为:实验组和对照组除了人际关系维度上,高职生在情感和归因维度上存在着显著的差异,人口学变量对三个因素具有显著性的影响。在两种实验条件下,分别对实验组和对照组三个因素的内部各个维度进行相关分析。得出:积极心理健康教育条件下,高职生更加的内控和自信,遇到问题时,不抱侥幸心理。
The aim of vocational positive psychology is to help students actively facing life and study.The subjects had received the mind health course for one semester.Under the course,we deduced the relationship of vocational students’sentiment,attribution and interpersonal relationship form the data.That is the fact that sentiment and relationship facts had a significant influence between the experimental group and the matched group except in the relationship factor.As a matter of fact,demographic variables had a notable impact on the three factors.At last,we conducted the relative analysis of dimensions of the three facts.We found that the vocational students have stronger self-control and more confident under the mind health course.When they are faced with problems,they don’t depend on the chances and help from others.
