高校安全工作精细化管理模式初探——以福建师范大学福清分校为例

Attentative Research on Delicacy Management Mode of College Security Based on Fuqing Branch of Fujian Normal University

高校安全是高校管理工作中的重要环节,"和谐稳定"的校园安全环境是高校各项工作开展的先决条件。如何科学有效地做好安全管理工作已经成为学校管理问题的重中之重。论文着重分析了高校安全管理工作的现状和问题,提出了高校安全工作精细化管理的必要性,进而以某高校为例,就高校安全工作精细化管理的途径提出了自己的看法和意见。

Collegesecurity issue is a inseparable part of university management.Harmonious and stable college security environment is the precondition of the operation of college work.Therefore scientific and effective security management work became the important one among all college management works.This paper put emphasis in analyzing the current situation and problems in college security management and the necessity of bring Delicacy Management in college management.Based on Fuqing Branch of Fujian Normal University,the author put forward his own thought and opinion on approaches in Delicacy Management mode of college Security.
