Discussion on Integrated Supervision Model for Quality and Safety of Construction Project

随着我国行政体制改革的不断推进,越来越多的城市将工程质量安全监督机构整合,工程质量安全一体化监管模式已成为大势所趋。论文通过分析传统工程质量安全监管模式,探讨推行工程质量安全一体化监管难点,提出了一体化监管的程序、内容和方式,并就推进工程质量安全一体化监管提出了系列措施。

In recent years,with the continuous progress of administrative system reform in our country,more and more cities had integrated engineering quality and safety supervision institutions,the integrated supervision model of engineering quality and safety has become the trend of the times.This paper analyzed the traditional engineering quality and safety supervision mode,discussed on difficulties in implementing integrated supervision of engineering quality and safety,put forward the procedure,contented the method of integrated supervision,and a series of measures to promote the project quality and safety integration supervision.
