摘要
针对景德镇御窑博物馆工程的多曲面结构体系所带来的各项施工难度以及技术问题进行系统梳理,提出解决方案,并进行可行性的研究;根据工程特点,提出施工过程中的重点、难点及技术攻关方向。通过采用信息化模型建造技术(BIM技术)、可调弧度模板体系、领先的放线技术来完成多曲面拱体结构的施工。论文不同于其他的异型结构施工文章中针对某一项施工技术的研讨,而是对整个多曲面拱体建筑的系统性概论,提出多项技术创新措施。
Aiming at the various construction difficulties and technical problems caused by the multicurved surface structure system of Jingdezhen imperial kiln museum,the solution was proposed and the feasibility study was carried out;according to the engineering characteristics,the key points,difficulties and technical problems in the construction process were proposed;the construction of multi-curved arch structure was completed by using the information model construction technology(BIM),the adjustable radian template system,and the leading put technology;this paper was different from the discussion of one construction technology in the other special-shaped structure construction papers,but the systematic introduction to the whole duo arch structure,and put forward many technical innovation measures.
