摘要
随着商品住宅的发展,百姓对商品房的质量要求越来越高,对于建设中的工程质量问题也表现的越来越关注。论文就建设工程质量投诉类型、投诉原因和投诉处理过程产生的问题进行分析研究,探讨相应的解决建议,以便完善工程质量的投诉管理措施。
Along with the development of the commodity residential house,people has the higher and higher requirement about the quality of the commodity house,and pay more attention to the construction of engineering quality problem,this paper made analysis and research on the type of construction engineering quality complaints,complaints causes of the problems found and complaint handling process,discussed the solution of the corresponding suggestion,in order to improve engineering quality complaint management measures.
