高频震荡通气在新生儿气漏治疗中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨高频震荡通气在新生儿气漏治疗中的应用效果。方法按照通气模式不同将28例气漏新生儿分为观察组18例(高频震荡通气)和对照组10例(常频通气),比较两组患儿一般治疗情况及治疗期间吸入氧浓度分数(FiO_2)、动脉血氧分压(PaO_2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_2)、氧合指数(OI)水平变化。结果观察组患儿治疗后6、12、24 h FiO_2、PaO_2、PaCO_2、OI水平均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿机械通气时间、气胸吸收时间、总住院时间均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频震荡通气治疗新生儿气漏效果确切,可在短时间内改善血气分析指标,值得临床推荐。 Objective To investigate the effect of high frequency oscillatory ventilation in the treatment of neonatal air leakage.Methods According to the different modes of ventilation air leakage28cases of newborns were divided into observation group of18cases(HFOV)and control group(10cases with normal frequency ventilation),during the comparison of two groups of children with general therapy and inhaled oxygen concentration(FiO2),arterial oxygen pressure(PaO2),arterial blood carbon dioxide pressure(PaCO2),oxygenation index(OI)level change.Results The observation group after treatment6,12,24h,FiO2,PaO2,PaCO2and OI were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group with mechanical ventilation time,pneumothorax absorption time,duration of hospitalization was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High frequency oscillatory ventilation is effective in the treatment of neonatal air leak,and it can improve the blood gas analysis index in a short time.
