摘要
对偏氟乙烯、四氟乙烯、六氟丙烯三元共聚物(F246)氟橡胶的硫化剂和促进剂进行了配方优化的研究。结果表明,促进剂用量一定时,随着双酚AF用量增加,最小扭矩M_L和最大扭矩M_H逐渐增大,T_(S2)和TC_(90)时间也逐渐延长;双酚AF用量一定时,随着苄基三苯基氯化磷(BPP)的用量增加可大幅度缩短焦烧时间和正硫化时间。双酚AF用量增加,混炼胶拉伸强度变化不大,伸长率下降明显,硬度略有增加,压缩永久形变降低,脆性温度呈下降趋势;BPP用量增加,混炼胶拉伸强度和伸长率变化不大,硬度略有增加,压缩永久形变大,并且氟橡胶脆性温度呈上升趋势;综合各因素,双酚AF与BPP的质量分别为F246的2.5%和0.6%为宜。
The paper made research on optimization of the vulcanizator and accelerant for^nula of vinylidene fluoride,tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene ternary copolymer(F246)fluorine rubber.Results showed that when the dosage of accelerant was certain,the minimum torque Ml and maximum torque Mh increased gradually and the Ts2and Tc9〇time extended gradually when the dosage of bisphenol AF increased;when the dosage of bisphenol AF was certain,the scorch time and curing time shorten greatly when the dosage of benzyl triphenyl phosphorus chloride(BPP)increased.The tensile strength of mixing rubber changed little,the elongation decreased significantly,the hardness increased slightly,the compression permanent deformation reduced and the brittleness temperature down trended when the dosage of bisphenol AF increased;the tensile strength and elongation of mixing rubberchanged little,the hardness increased slightly,the compression permanent deformation increased and the brittleness temperatureshowed an increasing trend when the dosage of BPP increased;the quality ratio of bisphenol AF and BPP to F246was2.5%and0.6%respectively after comprehensively considered with every factor.
