直接氧化法硫磺回收装置技术的升级改造

摘要 对200kt/a甲醇项目直接氧化法硫回收装置工艺技术改造升级进行了总结,分析了技改后存在的问题,提出了解决方案。对系统伴热蒸汽放空进行了改造回收利用,对2台预热器蒸汽冷凝液进行了改造回收利用,对硫气分离器排硫管位置进行改造。对系统伴热蒸汽气源进行改造,对系统尾气外排路线进行改造。投入运行后,反应后H2S的质量分数(第1反应器)为0.5%左右,第2反应器出口H2S的质量分数达到0.1%~0.3%,装置尾气经洗涤后达标排放,硫磺日产量达到2.1t。洗涤系统稳定,可充分满足处理低含量H2S酸性气的工艺需求,整套装置符合环保达标排放指标要求。 Reviewed and summarized the upgrading and reconstruction of sulfur recovery unit and technology of direct oxidation in a200kt/a methanol project,and then analyzed the existing problems after technical innovation,and at last putted forward the solution.Reconstruction and recycling of the heating steam vent of the system and the steam condensate of2sets of preheater;reconstruction of the sulfur removal pipe position of sulfur gas separator,the heating steam air source of the system,and the outside line of exhaust system.After operation,the mass fraction of H2S after reaction(the first reactor)was about0.5%,the mass fraction of H2S from the second reactor reached0.1%~0.3%,tail gas after washing discharge standard,sulfur production reached2.1t per day.The washing system was stable,which could fully meet the demand of low concentration H2S treatment process of acid gas,the whole device met the requirements of the environmental standard semission index.
