摘要 Honda中国节能竞技大赛是一项以提高能源利用效率、创造节约型社会为主题的赛事。文章针对Honda节能车WH125发动机的供油方式及其耗油特性开展实验研究。对光印、益科电喷供油系统及原机化油器供油系统在发动机起动、怠速、稳态、瞬态等工况下的耗油特性进行了对比实验,获得了3种供油方式在WH125发动机不同工况下的耗油特性。对实验数据进行分析得,光印电喷系统对节能车发动机的调控更加精确、合理,对发动机冷机、热机及不同外界环境下的燃油喷射具有较为恰当的调控措施,与益科电喷和原机化油器供油系统相比,燃油经济性更高。 Honda China eco mileage challenge is a competition,which in a bid to improve energy efficiency and create aconservation-minded society as the theme.In this paper,the experiment research was carried out on the oil supply ways of theWH125engine and its gas-guzzling properties.What’s more,this article was based on the three energy saving car’s oil supplyways of Guang Yin EFI,Yi Ke EFI system and the original machine carburetor.And then,aiming at the above oil supplyways,the task performed some experiments in terms of the engine starting,idling,steady state and transient conditions.Theseefforts were prepared for proceeding scientific selection and comparison of the engine oil supply ways.Thus,the experimentconcluded lots of oil supply characteristics towards the different working conditions of the WH125engine.The experimentdate were analyzed by the MATLAB software,and the result is shown that Guang Yin EFI system has a more logical andscientific control.It is also concluded that Guang Yin EFI has more appropriate control measures towards the engine coldmachine,heat machine and fuel injection control of different external environment.As a result,Guang Yin EFI has the higherfuel economy than Yi Ke EFI and original machine carburetor.
