摘要
针对某皮卡冷却系统节能降耗需求,将原发动机自带硅油离合器风扇更改为PWM冷却风扇。对硅油风扇和PWM风扇进行台架试验,同时对两种风扇在NEDC工况下的油耗进行理论分析;对整车NEDC工况进行试验测试,分析不同风扇对发动机水温及油耗的影响。结果表明,采用PWM风扇后,整车NEDC工况油耗降低明显,同时,冷却系统热平衡满足要求,NVH性能提升。
In order to reduce energy and consumption demand of the cooling system of a pickup truck,the original enginewas changed into a PWM cooling fan by the original engine with a silicon oil clutch fan.The use of the silicon oil fan and thePWM fan was carried out,and the fuel consumption of the two fans was analyzed in the NEDC mode.The test of the NEDCcondition of the vehicle was carried out to analyze the influence of different fans on the temperature and fuel consumption ofthe engine.The results showed that the fuel consumption of NEDC was reduced obviously after the PWM fan was adopted,while the thermal balance of cooling system met the requirements,and the performance of NVH was improved.
