摘要
本文研究了食品包装用容器的氧气透过性能试验方法。通过对PET瓶,改性PET瓶,PEN瓶在不同的试验环境下进行氧气透过性测试,将所得数据进行比较,结果表明:在开放环境(空气中)测试的稳定性很好,并且该方法所测数据与在纯氧环境下测试所得的氧气透过量数据基本一致。且试验结果表明:一些涂层PET、PET/PEN共混瓶已经具有较高的氧气阻隔性,能够推广应用于啤酒包装。
The oxygen gas transmission property test method of plastic vessels for food packaging was studiedin this paper.The oxygen gas transmission rate of PET bottle,modified PET bottle and PEN bottlewere tested in different environment(air and100%oxygen).By comparing the test results of thesetwo methods,testing in air comes to more stable data.And the oxygen gas transmission rate in airwas basically consistent to the result in100%oxygen.The results also showed that,some coated PETbottle and PET/PEN blended bottle already had high barrier property and can be used in beerpackaging.
