The increasing supply of bimodal polyethylene increases development of its applications inpackaging.Due to the characteristics of Borstar technology and the molecular structure,bimodalpolyethylene has excellent mechanical strength and unique optical properties.The mechanicalstrength is comparable to those of metallocene based or octane based polyethylene,which someperformance like dart drop impact is even higher.Making full use of the properties of Borstarbimodal polyethylene will bring more solutions for packaging on downgauging and weightreduction,as well as packaging cost savings.
