摘要
提高浓缩倍数成为现代企业节约水资源的常用手段,系统以加浓硫酸的方式,保证循环冷却水系统的p H值稳定在7.0~8.5之间。在水稳定剂辅助的情况下,保证系统管路不腐蚀不结垢,并大幅提高循环水的浓缩倍数。系统实现了以p H值为负反馈的完全自动化控制,系统的实时状态可通过1块触摸屏进行人机交互,可大幅降低人员的劳动强度,增加了完善的报警系统,消除了安全隐患。
Improving the cycles of concentration now is the common ways of saving water resources in modernindustrial.The system guaranteed the stability of circulating cooling water system of the pH value between7.0~8.5by adding concentrated sulfuric acid.In the case of water stabilizer auxiliary,system pipeline corrosion fouling wasensured,and the concentration ratio of circulating water was improved.pH value of the negative feedback of fullyautomated control was implemented by system,system of real-time state using a touch screen for human-computerinteraction,could greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers,increase the sound alarm system,eliminate the safetyhidden trouble.
