连续可变摇臂式气门驱动装置的设计分析

摘要 文章介绍了一种连续可变摇臂式气门驱动装置。该连续可变摇臂式驱动装置是基于传统指状摇臂式气门机构,利用可滑动的滑块总成结构取代传统摇臂中的滚子结构。滑块总成结构通过驱动机构控制,使其在摇臂空腔内沿滑槽左右滑移,以改变凸轮与滑块总成中滚子的接触位置,进而改变摇臂的摆动幅度,从而实现气门升程的连续可变。该气门驱动装置的结构布置紧凑及其动力传递路线短,便于满足发动机总布置的设计要求。 A continuously variable rocker-arm valve actuation mechanism is presented in this paper.The mechanism isdesigned based on the conventional finger rocker-arm valve train,and the roller is replaced by one slider assemblymechanism.The slider assembly mechanism is controlled by one drive unit,sliding along one groove in the cavity ofrocker-arm.The swing amplitude of rocker-arm is varied with the contact position between cam and roller,and then thecontinuously variable valve lift is obtained.The valve train mechanism is liable to satisfy the general layout of engine,due tothe structure compact and shorter power transmission path.
