摘要
文章利用Adams软件,对某动力总成悬置系统的载荷进行了分析,重点分析了三个基本工况:静止设计状态,前进最大扭矩状态,倒档最大扭矩状态;得到各个悬置的Fx,Fy,Fz;并根据系统的合外力为零的原理,对其正确性进行了验算,验算结果表明:得到的Fx,Fy,Fz是正确的,可以为悬置支架、变速箱壳体的强度设计提供理论依据。
In this paper,the load on every mount in the powertrain system is analyzed on the state of the three basic loadcases,they are static design state,forward max torque and reverse max torque state;Fx,Fy and Fz are found for everymount,according to the principle of the total forces of the system are equal to zero,the results are validated accurately andproved that it is correct,so it can be provided for the the mount bracket design and the transmission trunk design.
