摘要
文章介绍了一种Ⅱ型制动管路布置前管路失效时,充分发出的平均减速度未达到国家强制法规要求,通过测试结果分析,更改后制动器缸径来达到国家强制法规要求。当部分制动管路发生失效时,未受影响的那部分必须满足相关法规要求,确保车辆维持一定的制动减速度,在一定距离内安全停车。特别是一些后轴质量较大的车辆前管路失效时,减速度的大小对汽车安全性起着决定作用。
This article describes AⅡtype brake piping layouts,when the front pipe fails,mean fully developed decelerationdid not meet the requirements of national regulations.By analyzing test results,the changed brake cylinder diameter to meetnational mandatory regulations.When some brake pipes fail,the unaffected part must meet the relevant regulations,ensurethat the vehicle maintains a certain braking speed,and safely stop at a certain distance.In particular,when the front line of thevehicle with the high quality of the rear axle fails,the size of the deceleration speed determines the safety of the vehicle.
