摘要
文章主要介绍锥齿轮副(螺旋锥齿轮)齿侧间隙检测方法的优化、论证及其应用。通过原工艺方案与新工艺方案对比,结合低地板门式驱动桥结构特点,从装配准确性、工艺性及经济性三个方面进行分析,阐述等效检测、基准转化的应用。
This article mainly presents the optimization,demonstration and application of test method to the backlash ofbevel gear pair(helical bevel gear).By comparison with the original and new process scheme,combining with the structuralfeatures of portal axle,the article expounds the application of equivalent test and criterion transformation based on theanalysis from three aspects including assembly accuracy,manufacturability and economy.
