摘要
文章对液压传动系统的基本回路、调速方式和驱动方案进行了研究,结合设计要求,确定采用闭式回路,变量泵-变量马达容积调速的高速驱动方案,并绘制液压系统工作原理图。而后对相关工作参数进行了配置,匹配发动机功率和工作压力,并对液压元件进行选型。最后使用AMESim软件建立液压系统模型,验证前期系统设计和参数配置的正确性。
in this paper,the basic circuit of hydraulic transmission system control mode and driving scheme is studied,combined with the design requirements,determine the use of closed circuit,high-speed driving scheme of variable pumpvariable motor speed control volume,and draw the working principle of hydraulic system diagram.Then,the relevantparameters are configured to match the power and work pressure of the engine,and the hydraulic components are selected.Finally,the hydraulic system model is established by using AMESim software to verify the correctness of the system designand parameter configuration in the early stage.
