席夫碱及其金属配合物的抗菌活性的研究

目的对席夫碱及其金属配合物的抗菌活性进行归纳总结,从而为后期席夫碱及其金属配合物在抗菌方面的研发起一定借鉴意义。方法主要以文献查阅、整理分类、总结归纳为主,总结席夫碱及其金属配合物的抗菌活性实验并撰写综述。结果席夫碱及其金属配合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、霉菌等多种细菌都有一定的抑制作用。结论经过多年来的研究发现,席夫碱及其金属配合物的种类较多,并且对多种有害菌均有抑制作用,若能在抗菌方面深入的研究,将对研究开发新型抗菌药有很重要的意义。

Objective T his a rticle s ummarized t he s ynthesis m ethods a nd a ntibacterial a ctivity e xperiments o f S chiff base a nd i ts m etal complexes,which would be helpful for the study and development of Schiff base and its metal complexes in the future.Methods Mainly on the b asis of literature r eview,classification,s ummarization a nd s ummarization,the a ntibacterial experiments of S chiff b ase a nd its metal complexes were summarized and summarized.Results A series of antibacterial experiments of Schiff base and its metal complexes were summarized.It was found that Schiff base and its metal complexes had some inhibitory effects on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis and so on.Conclusions Schiff base and its metal complexes can inhibit many kinds of bacteria,and have a good use value and development prospect in bacteriostasis.
