我国西北丝路沿线城市环境保护协调联动机制探析

The Research on Coordinated Linkage Mechanism of Environmental Protection of the Cities along the Silk Road in Northwest China

我国西北地区面临着生态系统退化、资源相对短缺、环境污染严重的严峻形势,生态环境退化成为域内丝路沿线城市全面发展的掣肘因素,已影响到"一带一路"建设的实现。西北丝路沿线城市所在区域经济基础薄弱、地形地貌复杂的现实困境,需要构建环境保护协调联动机制,加强相应地方法规体系建设,以谋求区域环境共享共治,实现环境改善、生态恢复之效果。

China's northwest inland areas face grim situation,such as degradation of ecosystems,relative shortage of resources and serious environmental pollution.The deterioration of the ecological environment has become an obstacle to the comprehensive development of the cities along the Silk Road,which has seriously affected the realization of the national strategy.The cities along northwest Silk Road have a real dilemma of weak economy and complex terrain.It needs to build environmental protection coordination and linkage mechanism,to strengthen the corresponding local regulatory system,to seek the sharing governance of regional environmental,so as to achieve the remediation effect of environmental improvement and ecological restoration.
