摘要
平板玻璃行业大气污染防治技术运行中存在余热锅炉积灰结垢;布袋除尘器清灰困难,高温静电除尘经常短路故障;SCR脱硝技术缺少成功应用案例;烟气脱硫技术普遍存在脱硫塔及附属管道堵塞及处理后烟气粉尘浓度增高等问题,导致烟气呈"有规律"不稳定排放、"周期性"非正常排放。结合该行业大气污染整改情况,从理论和实践上提出该行业污染控制对策及建议,满足当前该行业急需实现稳定达标和进行深度治理需求。
Currently there are many problems on the operation of pollution control instruments in flat glass industry,such as,sediment incrustation of exhaust-heat boiler,dust removal difficulty of bag dust collector,short-circuit fault in high temperature electrostatic precipitator,absence of successful application case in SCR denitrification technology,blockage of desulfurization tower and auxiliary pipe,flue gas dust concentration increasing after treatment etc.All of these problems lead to regularly unstable discharge of flue gas.Combined with the rectification in glass industry,the countermeasures and suggestions for pollution control were put forward in theory and practice for satisfying the current urgent needs of meeting standard steadily and advanced treatment.
