摘要
探讨了真丝织物采用天然染料胭脂虫红墨水喷墨印花效果的影响因素,结果表明:对真丝织物进行预处理可以提高天然染料喷墨印花的效果,预处理条件为:上浆剂含固量2.0%,媒染剂Al3+用量0.3%。印花后最佳汽蒸条件为:温度100℃、湿度100%、时间30 min。最佳工艺条件下,天然染料喷墨印花织物的耐水洗、耐摩擦色牢度优良,能够达到服用纺织品的要求。
The effect of natural dye carmine ink jet printing on silk fabric was discussed.The resultsshowed that the pretreatment of silk fabric could improve the effect of natural dye ink jet printing.The pretreatment conditions were:the solid content of sizing agent was2.0%,mordant fraction of Al3+was0.3%.After printing,the best steaming conditions were:steaming temperature100℃,humidity100%,steaming time30min.Under the optimum conditions,the natural dye ink jet printing fabric had excellent fastness to washingand rubbing,and could meet the requirement of taking textiles.
