摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法-电雾式检测器分析脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中环氧乙烷加合数分布的方法。用乙腈和水作为流动相,在C18柱上梯度洗脱分离,并采用电雾式检测器进行信号采集,样品中各组分按照加合数减小依次洗脱,在高效液相色谱-离子阱质谱联用技术下采用正离子扫描模式对各组分进行定量,该方法简单、快速,重复性好,可应用于产品的生产监控。
A new analytical method for distribution of ethylene oxide adduct number of aliphatic alcoholethoxylates by high performance liquid chromatography with charged aerosol detector(CAD)was developed.Using acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase,gradient elution on the C18column could achieve chromatographic separation,and charged aerosol detector was used to obtain data.The component of the sample wasseparated successively in accordance with the decrease in the adduct number,and the respective components were quantified by high performance liquid chromatography-ion trap mass spectrometry using positiveion scan mode.The method was simple,rapid and could be applied to production monitoring.
