交联改性的麦芽糊精生物胶乳的制备及应用 被引量:1

摘要 以可再生的麦芽糊精为主要原料,通过一定的改性工艺,制备了可部分代替涂料中羧基丁苯胶乳的生物胶乳.用生物胶乳分别代替预涂涂料中不同比例的羧基丁苯胶乳,研究了其对涂布纸性能的影响.结果表明:用生物胶乳代替预涂涂料中30%,的羧基丁苯胶乳后,涂布纸的白度和平滑度都有一定程度的提高,涂布纸的光泽度和表面强度略有下降,机械强度变化不大. Biological latex,which can replace styrene-butadiene in pre-coating process,was prepared with maltodextrin asthe main raw material by means of a certain modification technology.It was applied to coated paper to partially replace styrene-butadiene latex.When30%,styrene-butadiene was replace by the bio-latex,the impact of bio-latex on the performanceof the coated paper was investigated.The results showed that the brightness and smoothness of the coated paper improved,while the gloss and surface strength of the coated paper decreased somewhat,but the mechanical strength of the coated paperchanged little.
