项目反应理论指导下村民生活满意度调查问卷的设计

Design of Village Life Satisfaction Questionnaire under the Guidance of Item Response Theory

新农村建设背景下,村庄改造以村民为主体。通过科学的问卷设计进行民意调查,能更加准确地了解村民真实意愿,对村庄改造具有指导意义。本文以项目反映理论为指导编写村民生活满意度调查问卷,详细阐述问卷设计的基本流程、问项筛选、误差控制等技术环节,最终形成精简的村民生活满意度调查问卷。结果表明,IRT理论能精简调查问项,严格控制问卷标准,极大提高调查问卷的设计质量,对新农村建设过程中切实了解民意、指导改造建设工作具有重要意义。

Under the new rural construction,the village is transformed by the villagers as the main body.Through thescientific questionnaire design for public opinion survey,we can more accurately understand the true wishes of the villagers,and have guiding significance for the transformation of villages.In this paper,a questionnaire on the life satisfaction ofvillagers is guided by the project reflection theory,it elaborates the basic flow of questionnaire design,the selection ofquestions and the control of error,finally,a concise questionnaire was formed for the life satisfaction of villagers.The resultsshowed that IRT theory can simplify investigation questions,strictly control the questionnaire standards,and greatly improvethe design of the questionnaire quality,it is of great significance to effectively understand the public opinions and guide theconstruction work in the new countryside construction.
