社会工作长者服务项目存在的问题及其思考——以X市G街道“颐乐琴岛”项目为例

Problems and Thoughts on the Elderly Service Project of Social Work——Take Project "Yi Leqin Island" of G Street, X as an example

随着人口老龄化速度的加快,政府购买长者服务项目成为缓解我国养老问题的有效途径之一,社会工作专业人才在其中扮演了重要的角色。但由于长者服务项目购买方、服务方及服务对象等多方面的原因,致使许多长者服务项目的执行效果并不理想。文章通过对X市G街道"颐乐琴岛"长者服务项目的执行情况及其存在问题的分析,提出促进社会工作长者服务项目有效开展的途径。

As the aging of population is increasingly serious,government's purchase of the elderly service becomes one of the effective ways to alleviate the elderly supporting problem,in which social workers play an important role.However,the implementation effect of the elder service projects is not satisfactory because of those purchasers of elderly service projects,service providers and targets of service.Through the systematic reviewof Project"Yileqin Island",the implementation of elderly services and problems,the author tries to promote the efficiency of social work services for the elderly.
