深化地方高校创新创业教育改革的探索与实践——以安徽省应用型本科高校联盟为例

On Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Local Colleges and Universities and Its Practice— — Taking Anhui applied undergraduate college's alliance as an example

当前,中国经济面临着经济下行的压力,资源驱动经济已经面临增长的极限。长期以来中国经济的发展对传统要素过分依赖,陷入了"中等收入陷阱",要想走出陷阱,必须探索科技创新驱动引领经济发展的新模式。创新驱动的基础在于培养有创新能力的人才,地方高校做为国家高等教育的重要组成部分,承担着为区域地方经济社会发展提供智力支持的重任。本文以安徽省应用型本科高校联盟为例,分析了地方高校创新创业教育改革面临的困境并提出对策,探索地方高校建立适应地方经济社会发展的创新创业人才培养机制,为地方政府优化双创教育制度环境提供决策参考。

China's economy is facing economic downward pressure,and resources driven economy has faced the limits to growth,and the pattern of economic development needs transfering from"resource driven"to"innovation driven".Innovation driven foundation lies in training talents with innovative ability,and local colleges,as an important part of national higher education,undertake the task of providing intellectual support for regional economic and social development.The paper takes the Applied University Union of Anhui Province as an example to analyze the innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Reform Dilemma in local colleges and universities and puts forward countermeasures.
