前哨淋巴结导航在甲状腺癌手术中的应用研究

The Application of Sentinel Lymph Node Navigation in Thyroid Cancer Surgery

目的:研究前哨淋巴结导航在甲状腺癌手术中的临床应用及其对颈淋巴转移的预测价值。方法:运用放射性核素示踪剂对临床确诊为甲状腺癌的患者行前哨淋巴结活检,比较前哨淋巴结和非前哨淋巴结转移情况。结果:33例患者中,有31例检出前哨淋巴结,检出率为93.9%,常规病理切片前哨淋巴结发现16例淋巴结转移,有2例患者前哨淋巴结阴性非前哨淋巴结阳性。结论:前哨淋巴结导航能够预测甲状腺癌颈部淋巴结转移情况,对甲状腺癌患者是否行颈淋巴结清扫术具有重要的意义。

Objective:To study the clinical application of sentinel lymph node navigation in thyroid cancer and its predictive value in neck lymph nodemetastasis.Method:In patients with thyroid cancer was applied to perform sentinel lymph node biopsy by radionuclide tracer,compared with sentinel lymphnode and non-sentinel lymph node metastasis.Result:Among the33patients,31cases were detected of sentinel lymph node,the rate was93.9%.16cases oflymph node metastasis were found in sentinel lymph node by routine pathological section,2cases with sentinel lymph node negative and non-sentinel lymph nodepositive.Conclusion:Sentinel lymph node navigation can predict neck lymph node metastasis in patients with thyroid cancer,it is of great significance for thepatients with thyroid cancer whether to perform cervival lymph node dissection.
