持续质量改进方法降低神经内科住院患者坠床、跌倒发生率的应用探究

Application of Continuous Quality Improvement Method in Reducing the Incidence of Bed Falls in Hospitalized Patients with Neurology

目的:探讨持续质量改进在降低神经内科住院患者坠床跌倒发生率中的应用效果。方法:对照组为2016年6-12月笔者所在医院神经内科收治的120例住院患者,研究组则为2017年1月-6月笔者所在医院神经内科收治的120例住院患者。对照组实施常规护理,研究组则在此基础上实施持续质量改进。对比两组护理满意度和坠床跌倒发生情况。结果:干预后,研究组坠床率为0,跌倒率为0.8%;对照组坠床率为5.8%,跌倒率为7.5%。两组坠床率、跌倒率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在神经内科住院患者护理中,实施持续质量改进的效果理想,能减少坠床、跌倒的发生,提升护理满意度,值得进行深入研究和推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement in reducing the incidence of bed fall in hospitalized patients.Method:Inthe control group,120hospitalized patients were enrolled in the department of neurology from June2016to December2016.The study group was treated with120inpatients admitted to the Department of Neurology from January2017to June2017.The control group was given routine care,while the study group implementedcontinuous quality improvement on this basis.The nursing satisfaction and incidence of bed fall of two groups were compared.Result:After the intervention,theincidence of bed fall in the study group was0,the fall rate was0.8%,the incidence of bed fall in the control group was5.8%,and the fall rate was7.5%,thedifferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of patients with neurology,the effect of continuous quality improvement can be reduced,which can reduce theoccurrence of falling bed and fall,and improve the nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of further study and popularization.
