管道内阴极保护防腐措施探究

管道是油气田生产活动重要的设备,由于其输送介质腐蚀性强,所以经常会发生腐蚀穿孔的事件。本文主要探究各种阴极保护方法在管道内壁的使用方法,以及一种新型的嵌入式牺牲阳极的使用方法及计算,这种嵌入式牺牲阳极能够应用于小管径管线,应用前景良好。

Pipeline is an important equipment in the production activities of oil and gas fields.Because of its corrosive medium,corrosion and perforation often occur.This paper mainly explores the application of various cathodic protection methods in the inner wall of pipelines and the use and calculation of a new type of embedded sacrificial anode.This kind of embedded sacrificial anode can be applied to small diameter pipeline and has a good application prospect.
