保温温度对A3钢粉末渗锌层性能的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 在不同保温温度下对A3钢基体进行了粉末渗锌处理,利用金相显微镜、显微硬度计和XRD等分析方法对渗锌层厚度、显微硬度、显微形貌、物相组成及耐蚀性进行了表征。结果表明:保温温度对渗锌层表面宏观形貌、渗锌层厚度和硬度影响较大;渗锌层厚度随保温温度的升高而逐渐增加,保温温度为400℃时,渗锌层宏观表面均匀光滑,渗层厚度也较大;随着保温温度的升高,渗锌层硬度也随之增大;渗锌层物相组成和自腐蚀电位不随保温温度的变化而变化。 Powder sherardizing coating were prepared at different heat preservation temperatures on A3carbon steel.Used the metallographic microscope,microhardness,and X-ray diffractometer to characterize the thickness,microhardness,micro morphology,phase composition and corrosion resistance of powder sherardizing coating,respectively.The results show that the temperature has great influence on the zinc coat micro-structure,thickness,and microhardness.The thickness of zinc coat increases with the heat preservation temperature increasing,while it is better and the macroscopic surface is smooth when the heat preservation temperature is400T.The zinc coat microhardness becomes higher as the heat preservation temperature increasing.Besides the phase composition and corrosion potential does not vary with heat preservation temperature increasing.
