强化“委培培养” 提高社会服务效益

摘要 "委托培养"可以为在职从业人员提供接受高等教育的机会,提高其知识水平和职业技能。本文所论主要针对学历继续教育委托培养。虽然委托培养对高等院校发展学历继续教育意义重大,但由于继续教育的市场化和务实特征以及它的社会化、开放性办学及伴随而来的教学管理、学员管理上的差异,使得"这一种"委培难度更高,高等院校所面临的压力更大,当然市场也更大。本文试图通过对这一现象产生的社会原因、现实意义进行分析以及对其"订制"特征、培养过程体验的描述,强调高等院校只有摆正服务心态,改进培养流程,提高教学质量,才能扩大社会服务效益,进而做大、做强学历继续教育。 “Commissioned training”has been set since the beginning of reform and opening up,mainly in the form of higher education.This paper mainly focuses on commissioned training of higher continuing education in the academic degree.Although it's of great significance,there are more difficulties,higher pressure due to the continuing education's marketing,pragmatic features,socialization and results in differences of its teaching and student management.This paper tries to analyze social reasons and practical significance of this phenomenon and illustrates that the higher education must straighten out service attitude,improve the training process,and improve the quality of teaching.So that it can expand social services and benefits,make the continuing education bigger and stronger.
