摘要
近年来,随着各种新媒体逐步引入到教育教学领域,采用传统课堂教学和在线学习相结合的混合学习,对扩大教学规模、推动师生之间及学习者之间的交流与协作,促进学习者学习有明显的成效。文章从混合学习的定义及特征入手,在分析教育发展现状及存在问题的基础上,提出了从思想情感、教师混合学习技能培训、混合学习方式优势搭配、教学方式方法精进、细化评价方案等方面采取措施来促进学习者之间的交流与协作,从而提高学习者的学习效果。
In recent years,with new media gradually introduced to the field of education and teaching,blended learning combines traditional classroom teaching and online learning,is used to expand teaching scale and promote communication and cooperation between teachers and students as well as promote learning effectively.Starting from the definition and characteristics of blended learning,on the basis of analyzing current situation and existing problems,the thesis illustrates some strategies to promote learners efficiency,communication and collaboration,by way of teachers blended learning skills training,blended learning pattern matching,teaching methods optimization,the evaluation plan refinement.
