关于干部在线教育体系改革的思考——以重庆干部网络学院为例

Cogitation on the reform of cadre's online education programs——Case study on Chongqing E-Learning Academy for Leadership

为进一步促进干部在线教育的发展,提高干部在线教育培训质量,增强干部在线教育效益,本文根据重庆干部网络学院问卷调查统计结果,分析了干部在线教育体系存在的问题及原因,了解了干部对在线学习的真实看法与期望,探索性提出了具有针对性和可操作性的改进建议。该建议从课程体系改革、网络学院栏目优化、技术改进及移动学习改革几个方面展开,以期为干部在线教育的可持续发展提供一定的参考。

In order to promote the development and quality of the cadre's online education,according to the results of questionnaire survey of Chongqing E Learning Academy for Leadership,we analyzed the existing problems and causes of the cadre's online education system,and acknowledged the real views and expectations of cadres on online learning.Then,we propose an improvement proposal which is pertinence and maneuverability.The proposal were described from the course system reform,the column optimization,technical improvement and mobile learning reform in order to maintain a sustainable development of online education for cadres.
