家庭功能与社区老年糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白的相关性研究

The Relationship between Family Function and Glycosylated Hhemoglobin among Elderly Patients with Diabetes in Community

目的探讨家庭功能与社区老年糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)的关系,为社区老年糖尿病患者的家庭访视提供依据。方法采用便利抽样入户调查法,对满足纳入标准的社区老年糖尿病患者,应用家庭关怀度指数问卷(APGAR)进行调查并测定HbA1c。结果社区老年糖尿病患者HbA1c平均水平为4.7%~14.6%(8.35±1.33)。家庭功能总分为(5.48±1.86)分,家庭功能障碍者570例(76.6%),家庭功能良好者174例(23.4%),家庭功能障碍的社区老年糖尿病患者HbA1c平均水平高于家庭功能良好者(P<0.05),且家庭功能总分、合作度、情感度及亲密度与社区老年糖尿病患者HbA1c平均水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论家庭功能与社区老年糖尿病患者HbA1c平均水平密切相关,可通过提高患者的家庭功能来降低患者HbA1c平均水平,从而帮助患者提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the relationship between family function and glycosylated hemoglobin among elderly patients with diabetes in community,to provide the basis for home-visiting of elderly patients with diabetes in community.MethodsElderly patients with diabetes meeting the inclusive criteria were selected with convenience sampling household survey method,investigated with the Family Care Index Questionnaire(APGAR)and measured glycosylated hemoglobin.ResultsThe average level of glycosylated hemoglobin of elderly patients with diabetes in community was4.7%~14.6%(8.35±1.33).Total score of family function was(5.48±1.86),the number of families with disabled family function was570(76.6%),and the number of families with good family function was174(23.4%),patients with disabled family function had higher glycosylated hemoglobin level than patients with good family function(P<0.05),and total score of family function,cooperation degree,affection degree,intimacy degree had remarkable negative relationship with the average level of glycosylated hemoglobin(P<0.05).ConclusionFamily function was closely related to glycosylated hemoglobin among elderly patients with diabetes in community.Improving the patient's family function can reduce the patient's average level of glycosylated hemoglobin,so as to help patients improve the quality of life.
