摘要
为降低专业化分级散叶收购粉尘浓度,研制出了具有自动收集粉尘作用的分级桌。在2015年开展了集尘式分级桌对不同部位烟叶分级环境的影响试验。结果表明,较常规分级桌而言,在未开增湿、通风设备情况下,集尘式分级桌可降低总粉尘浓度19.9%~30.7%;开启增湿、通风设备情况下,集尘式分级桌可降低总粉尘浓度23.1%~31.3%。因此,集尘式分级桌可大幅降低分级场所总粉尘浓度,可在专业化分级散叶收购区域大力推广。
In order to reduce the concentration of specialized grading leaf collection dust,creating a grading table with automatic dustcollection.In2015,the effect of dust-collecting grading table on the grading environment of different tobacco leaves was carriedout,the results showed that compared with the conventional grading table,in the case of non-humidified and ventilated equipment,the scattered leaf grading table could reduce the total dust Concentration of19.9%?30.7%;In the case of ventilation equipmentopen,the scattered leaf grading table can reduce the total dust concentration of23.1%?31.3%.Therefore,the scattered leaf gradingtable can significantly reduce the total concentration of grading sites,it could be vigorously promoted in the application of specializedgrading leaf collection area.
