摘要
针对地下金属矿山生产中无轨运输以车辆为单位的计量系统,为提高矿山生产的自动化水平和计量的准确性,以及减少系统的资金投入,采用基于地下矿山人员定位管理系统的数据共享和车辆料位检测相结合的方法,在运输车辆上安装定位识别卡,在运输车辆所走的路径上依次触发人员定位基站(读卡器),数据上传到服务器并保存在数据库中;依据数字矿山信息资源共享的原则,运输计量系统主计算机读取出与运输车辆计量关有的数据,结合自动化领域中的组态软件进行编程处理位置、料位、时间等数据,实现运输车辆的自动计量和生成相应的报表。该系统在柿竹园矿投入使用,性能稳定,成本低下,适合在同类钨矿中推广使用。
The purpose of the study is to improve the automation level and measurement accuracy of mine production,as well as to reduce the system's capital investment by combining data sharing and vehicle level detection on the basis of underground mine personnel location management system.In light of the fact that the trackless transport of underground metal mine production applies vehicle as a unit of measurement system,identification cards were installed in the transport vehicles.Personnel positioning base station(card reader)were then triggered in the path of the transport vehicles.The data was uploaded to the server and saved in the database.According to the principle of digital mine information resource sharing,the main computer of the transportation metering system reads out the data related to the measurement of the transportation vehicle,and uses the configuration software in the field of automation to program the processing position,material level and time data to realize the automatic measure and generate the corresponding report.The system has been put into use in Shizhuyuan Mine.For its advantages of stable performance and low cost,it is suitable to be promoted in the underground railless transport.
