摘要 为了研究钨坩埚密度均匀性,用等静压-烧结法制备直径301 mm×350 mm钨坩埚,从钨坩埚的壁部及底部线切割取样,检测分析样品密度及氧含量。结果发现:用等静压-烧结法制备出的直径301 mm×350 mm钨坩埚烧坯密度18.22 g/cm^3,机械加工之后钨坩埚密度减小约0.1 g/cm^3;钨坩埚底部密度相对低,圆弧拐角处是密度最低的区域,此处的密度比端口处密度减小约0.2 g/cm^3;钨坩埚密度大的位置氧含量相对低,底部圆弧拐角处是氧含量最高的区域。研究认为:采用充分还原厚壁区域坯料以及促进钨坩埚下部烧结收缩的方法可提高钨坩埚密度均匀性。 The301mmx350mm tungsten crucible was manufactured by the cold isostatic pressing-sintering method to study the density uniformity of the tungsten crucible.The density and oxygen content of the samples collected from the wall and bottom of the tungsten crucible were analyzed.The density of the tungsten crucible with the size of0301mmx350mm prepared by Isostatic pressing-sintering method is18.22g/cm3.The density of the crucible decreased about0.1g/cm3after machining.The density of the tungsten crucible bottom is relatively lower.The lowest density exists in the arc comer,with0.2g/cm3lower than that of the preface.The oxygen content of the place in which it has higher density is relatively lower,with the highest in the bottom arc comer.It is suggested that the uniformity of the density of tungsten crucible can be improved by fully reducing the thick-walled area billet and promoting the sintering shrinkage of the lower tungsten crucible.
